Thank you for supporting my small business. There has been a lot of positive changes over the last few years and none of that would have been possible without GOD, my husband believing in me and all of my supportive customers! With that being said, most of you know I am a S.A.H.M. that homeschools and a caregiver to my M.I.L. This alone is several jobs in itself! I absolutely love running my business, but God and my Family come 1st! I have made a lot of decisions lately to help me run my business a lot smoother such as the website and building but I still need to schedule my time accordingly. As of September 1, 2023, I will only work Monday- Friday from 9am-4pm.
I will let everyone know when we go on vacation, and I will not take orders or work on orders until we return. Because we have expanded, I don't have a lot of time to do drop offs, I have no problem mailing packages for my locals or setting up pick up times but unless you can meet me when I am in town, those will be my only options.
CUSTOM ORDERS should come through me first. Email me prior to ordering and we will agree on image, size, color as well as style. Once that is done through email, I will give you a code to place your order and pay or I will create an invoice that needs to be paid. Custom Orders will NOT be started until payment has been made! Once payment has been made, TAT will begin. Unless otherwise stated, TAT is 4-6 weeks minus weekends and holidays. During Holiday Seasons, TAT is 6-8 weeks. I always do my best to get them out way before that but that is my cushion unless otherwise stated in our email or text communications.

1-10 is usually 6 weeks depending on designs
11-20 is usually 8 weeks depending on designs
20+ AT LEAST 10 weeks AFTER shirts have been order
TAT DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

Custom orders are YOUR image file, one you purchased or one I already have on hand.
My prices do NOT include me designing your image.
ALL DESIGN ORDERS will come with a deposit (prices will be determined based on each design) and if we agree on a design then the deposit will go towards bulk orders.

I do not have control over shipping. We order specific patterns/designs and production times tend to be estimated TAT. Unless I know 100% that the items are NOT coming, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN
I will always do my best to make things right when I am aware of the issue, defects made by me or by the manufacturing company. We need to know ASAP and not weeks or months later.
